Physical conditioning exercise instruction methods
The fundamental approach to physical fitness exercises is to perform simple exercises in pairs, emphasizing the comfort, exhilaration, and sense of accomplishment gained from them. This course will provide a thorough understanding of this philosophy, along with practical and detailed learning on teaching methods and curriculum development for instructors. Furthermore, developing the ability to "reflect" on one's own physical characteristics is crucial. A key theme of physical fitness exercises is to engage in dialogue with one's own body through comparison with others, and to identify areas for improvement.
Health and Sports Coaching Theory
Our school's training program for "Health and Exercise Instructors" certifies individuals who can safely and appropriately instruct others in exercise for health promotion. In particular, instructors with a strong emphasis on practical teaching techniques are highly valued. This lecture covers the practical skills required to become a "Health and Exercise Instructor" (including correct demonstration abilities, explanation of exercise purpose and content, expression and communication skills, instruction of movement points and precautions, observation and response, etc.) and the content necessary to pass the written examination.

In Health Science Major, many people have been playing sports before, so there are many cooperative, energetic, and cheerful individuals. Currently, I am mainly studying classes necessary to obtain the Health Exercise Practice Instructor qualification. I want to support each other as friends prepare for the practical and written exams so that everyone can pass together. (At the time of the interview)

Currently, I provide consultation and support services related to elderly care, disability welfare, health, and childcare. During my time at university, I was able to take elective courses from other departments, which was very educational. Also, my experience as a manager of a track and field team, where we all thought about each individual athlete, is proving useful in my current work.
