J. F. Oberlin University The China Office is responsible for promoting educational and academic exchanges with higher education and research institutions in China, advancing inter-university exchange agreements, and conducting public relations activities for J. F. Oberlin University. In 2005, J. F. Oberlin University established its Beijing office, and since November 2022, J. F. Oberlin University has relocated its headquarters to Shanghai as the China office.

The Obirin Gakuen Foundation of America (OGFA) was established in May 2010 as a nonprofit organization compliant with California law as a hub for educational and cultural exchange within North America. 
J. F. Oberlin University alumni are stationed as full-time staff. Additionally, the foundation's board of directors includes faculty and alumni from our academy.

Main activities

1. Long-term student exchange programs between North America and Pacific Rim countries, including Japan.

3. Planning a study tour for developing specialized knowledge and skills.

5. Arranging cultural and artistic exchanges

College of Aviation Flight Operations Course (Pilot Training) students study abroad for flight training and to improve their English proficiency. To support these students and coordinate and negotiate training content with destinations, we have established the J. F. Oberlin Arizona office within the training site in Arizona, USA.

In the Flight Operations course, students obtain a pilot's license (private, commercial, instrument rating, etc.) in the country they are visiting during their trip, and then use that as a basis to obtain a Japanese pilot's license (commercial, instrument rating) upon their return to Japan. The goal is not simply to learn piloting skills and knowledge, but also to develop an awareness of the responsibility of flying with many lives in their hands, and to cultivate self-reliant individuals who can strive towards high goals they set for themselves. In addition to dedicated OGFA staff, university faculty members are stationed at the office on a rotating basis as "counselors," providing advice on everything from classes and flight training to daily life, and even participating in student meetings to offer various guidance and lead students towards becoming world-class professional pilots.

At the office, you can input daily training progress into the computer, handle necessary procedures, get advice on training-related concerns, and exchange information with dedicated staff regarding contracted services and universities. It's also a place where you can drop by before or after training, have a pleasant conversation with the dedicated staff, and take a breather.

About a 30-minute drive south from San Francisco Airport, located north of California, USA, lies Stanford University, a prestigious university on the U.S. West Coast, where J. F. Oberlin University research spaces are located on its campus.
 
This was established as a result of an academic agreement signed between J. F. Oberlin University and Stanford University in May 2009. The J. F. Oberlin University Space's lab is housed in a grand building called Encina Hall, located right next to the university's iconic Hoover Tower.
 
Each research lab within Encina Hall is home to numerous researchers from around the world, conducting research on a wide variety of topics. Research presentations by these researchers are also held frequently, making it a highly intellectually stimulating environment.

J. F. Oberlin University established the "J. F. Oberlin University Ulaanbaatar Office" on August 9, 2011, for the purpose of recruiting students in Mongolia, organizing alumni associations, caring for long- and short-term trainees, gathering various information, and collaborating with the Mongolian University of Culture and Education and New Mongolian High School.
