College of Aviation is the only academic group in Japan that offers comprehensive studies specializing in the field of aviation. Through four courses—flight operations, air traffic control, aircraft management, and airport management—students systematically acquire a wide range of expertise from aviation operations to management and management. Through practical instruction from experienced instructors and training using state-of-the-art simulation environments, you will develop skills that can compete in the field. Furthermore, from the second year, students experience international aviation culture through overseas training and broaden their horizons to succeed globally. At College of Aviation, faculty with extensive experience in the aviation industry provide guidance ranging from specialized knowledge to on-site awareness. You can gain real, hands-on learning from professionals who have been active on the front lines in fields such as air traffic control, operations, maintenance, and airport management. The campus is fully equipped with facilities close to actual operations, such as aircraft simulators and mock control consoles. Overseas training starting in the second year to experience the global aviation scene.
From the fall of their second year, students participate in overseas training and development programs in the United States. The Flight Operations course involves flight training in Phoenix, Arizona, to acquire piloting skills, while other courses involve visiting aviation-related facilities and companies in Seattle to learn about international aviation operations. The training enhances English communication skills and cross-cultural understanding, while also providing direct experience of the front lines supporting the global aviation industry. This program offers a "world-class learning experience" that cannot be obtained while in Japan.
