Unit Overview
In this era of change, we aim to cultivate individuals who can unleash the potential of people and organizations. Participants will learn systems and strategies, acquire techniques to support personal growth, develop psychological safety and leadership skills, and gain the ability to flexibly implement these skills within companies and communities.

Leadership Theory
This course explores the essence of leadership not as a special ability possessed by special individuals, but as a skill that anyone can acquire: the ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals. Tracing the historical evolution of leadership theories, we will unravel how leadership has changed over time. Furthermore, leadership is not simply about leading people. We will practically examine "followership"—supporting a team—"communication skills"—listening to and respecting the opinions of others—and "decision-making ability"—the ability to face challenges. In today's society, where diverse values intersect, the goal is to cultivate the ability to exercise one's own unique leadership style and co-create with those around them.
