You will deeply study "educational science," which pursues the essence of human growth, from the fundamentals. Furthermore, you will hone the facilitation skills necessary in educational settings and acquire the ability to connect stakeholders from various fields through education, becoming an educational supporter.

Exploring educational methods

You will learn the scientific method of 'Instructional Design (ID)' to boost learners' motivation and teach more effectively. Teaching skills are useful not only for teachers but also for mentoring juniors at part-time jobs or for future parenting, which are lifelong benefits for everyone. Specifically, you will review major learning theories such as "behaviorism," "cognitivism," and "constructivism," which involves constructing knowledge yourself, and learn how "learning" has been perceived in each era. Based on the basic lesson design model "ADDIE," students practically acquire the entire teaching method from planning to evaluating specific teaching methods in the three Area of movement, cognition, and attitude (such as creating rubrics). By incorporating the latest ICT utilization and active learning perspectives, we cultivate the foundation of a 'teaching professional' that maximizes the growth of our clients.
