Legal Studies Laboratory (Kobayashi Seminar)
Index
To gain a comprehensive understanding of business, administration, and law.
The relationships between businesses, government, and the law are interconnected. Business and law are often likened to the relationship between an accelerator and a brake. However, legal knowledge is useful not only for risk management, but also for making appropriate future predictions and negotiating in various situations. Furthermore, when businesses conduct their operations, they have many stakeholders and must consider collaboration with various organizations.
Rather than a lecture format, we plan to conduct presentations, research, and studies on various legal issues.
We will also provide opportunities for direct interaction with professionals active in fields such as welfare, business, and law.
