We emphasize practical learning in collaboration with companies and local communities. By applying the knowledge gained in classes to real business situations, students experientially acquire the skills to "know, understand, and do." Through practical programs such as internships, domestic and international business training, business exercises, and corporate collaboration projects, students learn the process from problem identification to proposal and implementation. Taking advantage of our urban location at the Shinjuku campus, we provide an environment where students can grow while experiencing the realities of society.

Our instructors are practitioners and researchers with extensive experience on the front lines of their respective industries. In small-group seminars, students develop the ability to learn independently by moving back and forth between theory and practice, and through collaborative projects with companies and local communities, as well as research presentations. Through learning close to the real world, students hone their practical skills in identifying and solving problems on their own. This experience contributes to our high employment rate (97.7%) and broadens career options, allowing students to work in a wide range of fields, including business, tourism, finance, aviation, and public service.
