Research lab activities: Applying human psychology to organizational development.
Modern society is composed of organizations, where diverse individuals are involved, forming and developing through division of labor and collaboration. So, what are the different levels of needs that the people who make up these organizations have, and how do they try to fulfill them? Furthermore, how can we increase the motivation of the people within an organization and improve the overall performance of the organization?
What kinds of communication exist within organizations, and what are the obstacles to it? Furthermore, how can negative emotions among organizational members be resolved, and how can organizational performance be improved?
Based on these concerns, students will learn about organizational psychology while simultaneously deepening their understanding of the evolving organizational structures, human resource management, and management practices of companies.
Furthermore, while acquiring specialized knowledge, the seminar aims to improve the students' own "organizational skills," "presentation skills," "discussion skills," and "research skills."
