Lessons learned from seniors
I want to build a career that is true to myself, while valuing "enjoying my work."
Asuka Takahashi
I was interested in international business and intercultural understanding, and this academic program, with its excellent study abroad programs, was the perfect learning environment for me. In particular, I feel that studying international marketing and intercultural management theory has provided me with positive knowledge that can improve situations, and I'm truly glad I had the opportunity to learn these things. I want to use this knowledge and experience to create synergy when working with people from different cultural backgrounds. I believe that in order to "enjoy working," it's important to not take things for granted and to continue learning by trial and error in the face of change and differences. I want to continue to value this flexibility and build my career in a positive way.
