At Obirin University, I seized the greatest opportunity of my life: studying abroad in America.

In my third year, I majored in Global Liberal Arts Major and continue my studies. Right now, I'm most passionate about English. In high school, I was really bad at English and thought I lacked talent, but after entering J. F. Oberlin University, I made up my mind. After taking English seriously, I was able to earn a ticket to study in the United States! Studying in America was the biggest event of my life for me. I never imagined that I, who struggled with English, would study abroad in America from a Japanese university. Spending time in America with various people and experiencing cultural differences is an invaluable treasure of life.

The reason I can take on various challenges is because the J. F. Oberlin University advisor is always cheering me on. When I first enrolled, I was anxious about student life abroad and nervous all alone, thinking I had to work hard, but my teachers noticed my efforts and gave me many wonderful opportunities such as scholarships and studying abroad. Even now, whenever things aren't going well and I feel down, they always listen to me sincerely and support me in every way so I can continue my studies energetically.

Thanks to the warm support of those around me, I gained confidence, believing that "I can do it too" and "if I work hard, I'm sure I'll get results." So, when I turned 20, I wanted to help others, and I established an NPO to support Mongolians who want to study in Japan in the future. It's based on the NPO my father founded, and its purpose is to support and assist corporations and individuals working in various fields, including unemployment and poverty alleviation. There, I teach Japanese and give advice on further education.

I was attracted to the comprehensive Japanese language learning program and the Okinawa domestic study abroad program, so I enrolled.

Because of my father's work, I have visited Japan almost every year since I was a child. After graduating from Music and Dance College in Mongolia, I came to Japan at 18, studied Japanese in Hokkaido and Tokyo, and then enrolled in J. F. Oberlin University.

There are two reasons why I applied for J. F. Oberlin University. The first reason was that I thought the program to enhance J. F. Oberlin University 's Japanese operational capabilities was excellent. The second reason is that students in the Japanese Special Major can study domestically in Okinawa. At admission Japanese I chose the Special Major, but in my third year, I switched to Global Liberal Arts Major as a major. At first, I wanted to use Japanese as if it were my native language Japanese so I chose the special Major, but in my second year, I started learning English and interacting with various people in a global environment, which led me to want to become someone who can succeed globally.

In the future, I would like to further expand the activities of the NPO I founded. To achieve this, I believe it is important for me to first gain a wide range of experiences, both academically and professionally, and become someone who can be of service to others. My career plan after graduation is still undecided, but my dream is to become a person who can work on a global scale, drawing on the experiences I have gained in Mongolia, Japan, and the United States. I am also considering attending school in Italy to study fashion, a field I have been interested in since childhood.

J. F. Oberlin University is a university that has greatly changed my life. I studied English, which I had struggled with, and was able to challenge myself to study abroad in the United States. I am very grateful. Anyone who works hard will get results beyond what they imagined. I think J. F. Oberlin University is that they closely watch over those who are working hard and give them lots of opportunities.

After graduating from the Music and Dance College in Mongolia, he came to Japan. In his second year Japanese he studied abroad in the United States on the first GCGO program in the Special Major. In his third year, he changed his major to a Global Liberal Arts Major, and in the 2022 academic year, his various activities were recognized, and he was selected as a student for the Faculty Scholarship.
