Semester and Early Graduation Program
Making learning more flexible through the semester system
The "Semester System" and the "Two-Semester System" are different. J. F. Oberlin University adopts the 'Semester System,' where classes are completed every six months and credits are earned.
There are two opportunities a year to register for courses, which broadens the range of subjects you can choose, allowing you to study in more depth, change your career path, or flexibly create your study plan.
Furthermore, the increased matching with universities in Europe and the US, where the new semester begins in September, not only makes studying abroad smoother, but also provides two graduation opportunities per year, allowing for "early graduation" in three or three and a half years. The semester system offers more flexibility from university enrollment to graduation.
