Mr. Dai Zhengwu will give a lecture (class subject) titled "Taiwanese Corporate Management Strategy (Chinese Course)" in the third quarter of the 2026 fall semester. The purpose of this lecture focuses on the management strategies and global expansion of leading Taiwanese companies according to the times, and through case studies from Tatung Corporation, Hon Hai Technology Group, Sharp, and Taiwan's semiconductor industry, it examines practical experiences in corporate transformation, multinational management, supply chain management, causes of failure, corporate succession, and technological innovation. Students will understand the process of forming important decisions from the perspective of business leaders and develop the ability to analyze the global competitive environment and corporate strategy.
