J. F. Oberlin University Graduate School International Graduate School of Advance MA Program in International Studies Degree Program in Business Administration (Shinjuku Campus) offers the only Chinese-language MBA program among domestic graduate schools. Mr. Cheng-Wu Dai will teach the course "Taiwan Corporate Management Strategy (Chinese-language course)" in the third quarter of the fall semester of 2026. The purpose of this lecture centers on the management strategies and global expansion of leading Taiwanese companies in the times, and through case studies from Tatung Inc., Hon Hai Technology Group, Sharp, and Taiwan's semiconductor industry, it examines practical experiences in corporate transformation, multinational management, supply chain management, causes of failure, corporate succession, and technological innovation. Students will understand the process of forming important decisions from the perspective of business leaders and develop the ability to analyze the global competitive environment and corporate strategy.
