[For Master's Program Graduates] Application Procedures for "Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Course Completion" related to the 10th Certified Clinical Psychologist Examination

This is a News for those taking the 10th Certified Psychologist Examination.

The 10th Certified Clinical Psychologist Examination is scheduled to be held on Sunday, March 7, 2027. The application period is from Tuesday, December 1, 2026 to Friday, December 25, 2026 (postmark valid).

For those who have completed the required subjects under the Certified Psychologist Act at our university's graduate school and meet the eligibility requirements in the following categories, we will issue a "Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Course Completion" designated by the Japan Psychological Training Center.

Category A: Those who have completed the subjects specified in Article 2 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Certified Clinical Psychologist Act.

・Category D: Before September 15, 2017 J. F. Oberlin University Those who entered or completed graduate school and completed and completed the courses specified in Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Enforcement Regulations of the Certified Psychologist Act

・Category E: J. F. Oberlin University Those who entered graduate school on or after September 15, 2017, and have completed and completed the courses specified in Article 2 of the Certified Psychologist Act Enforcement Regulations

*However, those who were issued an examination ticket for a past Certified Clinical Psychologist examination but failed or were absent from the examination do not need to submit a new certificate, and this application is not required, as they can submit their past examination ticket or examination result notification.

Please apply for a "Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Course Completion" through the university's website.

Regarding the issuance of certificates

*Certificates can be received by mail or in person at the counter.

After completing your application online, please fill out the following form.

"Completion Certificate/Course Completion Certificate: 200 yen x 2 copies"

*In addition to the graduate school's "Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Course Completion," the undergraduate "Certificate of Graduation/Certificate of Course Completion" is also required. Since the "Certificate of Graduation/Certificate of Course Completion" is not displayed on the graduate school application screen, please apply as "Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Course Completion (200 yen x 2 copies)."

After completing your application online, please fill out the following two forms.

Regarding the number of days since publication

The certificate will be issued (available for pickup in person or by mail) 5 business days after both the application process and form submission are completed.

November 16th (Monday) - December 14th (Monday), 2026
