TEDx J. F. Oberlin University

The first-ever TEDx J. F. Oberlin University (TEDxJFOU) will be held.
TEDx is a Events where you encounter "ideas that change society" through live speaker presentations, generating new perspectives and dialogues. This time's theme is "Transition."

The presentations are made by J. F. Oberlin University students, faculty, alumni, and those active outside the school.
What is told is not just glamorous success stories.

For example, even after getting a job, working hard, and being selected as the front line of a prestigious department, when I went there, it didn't suit me. Days spent hiding my face with a mask just to go to the office. ...... the choice I made in the midst of the abyss.

The place he was assigned as a school counselor was a troubled high school where he issued 200 letters of apology a year. What method did he use to motivate these high school students...?

Values changed through hesitation, failure, pause, and encounters with others. Through these, what kind of "ideas to change society" did they arrive at?
