Unit Transfer Agreement for the Western Tokyo Metropolitan Area

The "Western Tokyo Metropolitan Area University Credit Transfer Program," which was launched in April 1999, involves universities and junior colleges in this region concluding credit transfer agreements. This program allows students belonging to these institutions to take courses at other universities and have the credits they earn recognized as credits at their own university.
