Application Guidelines and Information (Graduate Program)

※出願書類受付後、書類選考を行います。
※「選考結果通知書」をメールにてお送りいたします。授業開始日前日までにお手元に届かない場合は、問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

※抽選科目をお申し込みの場合には、抽選結果が出次第、通知書を発送いたします。
なお、通知期限までに届かない可能性がある場合には、まずはお電話で結果を通知することがございます。
※授業開始日以降、学生証を交付いたします。詳細は「選考結果通知書」にてご確認ください。

Required forms vary depending on the application period and whether it's a new or continuing application. Please check the application guidelines for details.

• Distribution and viewing at the counter are not available.
• The contact information you need to request varies depending on the course you wish to enroll in or audit. (This form is for requesting materials for graduate-level courses.)
• If you are considering applying to a bachelor's degree program, please apply separately.

The course guide for the academic year is usually published in early March, and the syllabus is usually published in late March for the spring semester and in late August for the fall semester.
