We would like to inform you about the entrance ceremony for the Spring Semester of the 2026 academic year.
 
This year's entrance ceremony will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Tokyo Garden Theater.
 
*Opening and start times are subject to change.

Spring Semester Entrance Ceremony (Ceremony) for the 2026 Academic Year

opening ceremony Part 1 (Ceremony) 15:00-16:00

Part 2 (Student Performance) is scheduled for approximately 16:20-17:30.

*There will be a break between Part 1 and Part 2.

*The end time may vary depending on the progress of the day.

Regarding admission 13:30 Opening

13:30~14:00 College of Arts and Sciences、College of Business Management、College of Aviation

14:00~14:45 College of Performing and Visual Arts, College of Health and Welfare, College of Global Communication, College of Education and Social Transformation, Graduate School, Institute for Japanese Language and Culture

*Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, using the designated time as a guideline.

Those who can attend New students and their guardians

 

New students do not need to register.

*New students who require assistance from staff on the day of the entrance ceremony should contact the Student Affairs Office (students@obirin.ac.jp). (Deadline: April 1st)

Parents are required to register in advance (maximum of 2 people per family) (Deadline: March 31st)

*Up to two guardians may attend. We cannot accept requests for additional participants.

Others <Notes>

On the day of the event, staff will guide you to your seats, so please take your seat promptly.

• There are lockers for luggage at the venue, but there is no cloakroom or similar facility.

Please note that we are unable to store your luggage or other belongings.

Please refrain from parking or stopping your vehicle on the roads surrounding the venue before, during, or after the ceremony.

(If you are coming by car, please be sure to use the paid Ariake Garden parking lot.)

Please note that the area surrounding the venue is a residential area for the general public. Meeting up around the venue, near the venue entrances/exits, or in front of shops is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Depending on the crowd situation, entry may be by queuing.

・When leaving the venue, please be directed towards the station. Meeting up or taking photos in front of the mall or elsewhere after leaving the venue is not permitted. Please cooperate by following the instructions of the guides when leaving.

Please take photos with friends and family or arrange to meet up inside the venue. Please refrain from doing so outside the venue.

To alleviate congestion, current students are prohibited from attending.Please refrain from coming to the vicinity of the venue on the day of the ceremony.

About AR signs Starting this year, we will be introducing AR signage to alleviate congestion both inside and outside the venue.

By scanning the QR code, a virtual sign will appear on your smartphone, which you can then use to take photos. (The QR code will be posted on this website and on the program for the day of the event.)

・With AR signs, you can take photos anywhere within the venue.

To help alleviate congestion, we ask that you refrain from meeting up with family or friends or taking photos outside the venue.Please cooperate by taking photos and meeting up inside the venue.
