Career support that helps you find a fulfilling career path.

J. F. Oberlin University has produced many graduates while maintaining a high employment rate every year.
We provide an environment where students can consult with professional advisors while considering their careers and find their own path among a wide variety of paths. We offer courses that consider career paths over four years according to the grade level, raising career awareness early and preventing mismatches, thereby helping to suppress early turnover. Additionally, as a bridge between companies and students, we provide guidance and Events on career support, as well as joint company information sessions within the university, encouraging students to make autonomous career choices.
Through the initiatives described above, we strive to support students by understanding their feelings, tailoring our approach to their individual aptitudes and aspirations, helping them think about their future, and providing long-term support so that they can find a career path that they can be truly satisfied with.
