Oberlin University has launched a training program and certification system for developing female outside director talent. This program will be the first step for women who want to become outside directors.
For those who want to become outside directors for the first time, J. F. Oberlin University and Social Impact Research have developed and launched an educational training program to train female outside directors, jointly launching a certification program. You can learn practical knowledge and have certifications, so it's essential for those aspiring to become a female director for the first time.

- Online event: Four online sessions (Fridays: 7-9 PM, starting November 10th (Fri)). Video recordings will be made, so all sessions will be available for later viewing.

- 課題: 毎回レポート提出（A4紙1枚程度/事前準備30分〜1時間程度）＋最終成果発表、提出レポートには講師がフィードバックをおこないます
- 資格認定: 基準を満たした人には桜美林大学から女性社外取締役人材認定証を授与

Takayoshi Nakano
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo. He previously served as Representative Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of UACJ, and as Managing Director at its predecessor, Furukawa Sky. Prior to that, he held positions such as Head of European Office, Corporate Planning Department, and Accounting Department at Nippon Steel Corporation (now Nippon Steel). He currently serves as an outside director for several companies.
