Education and training benefit system
The Education and Training Benefit System is a system designed to support the proactive skill development and career formation of working individuals, and to promote employment stability and job placement. It provides partial reimbursement of training costs upon completion of educational training designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
