Regarding completion requirements
The requirements for completing the doctoral program are to be enrolled in the program for at least three years, to acquire the prescribed credits, to receive the necessary research guidance, and to pass the doctoral dissertation examination and final examination as stipulated in the university's degree regulations. However, regarding the period of enrollment, in the case of those who have achieved outstanding research results, the following may be permitted only if specifically approved by the president:
It is sufficient to be enrolled for the specified number of years or longer.
- Those who have been enrolled in a doctoral program (pre-doctoral course) or master's program for two years or more and have completed the program: 1 year
- Persons who have been enrolled in a doctoral program (pre-doctoral course or master's course) for less than two years and have completed the said program.

Regarding course enrollment
As a general rule, students must complete Specialized Seminars I-VI (6 subjects, 12 credits) taught by the same instructor.
