Recruitment of students for the Certificate Program (Graduate School)
What is a certificate program?
With the 2007 revision of the School Education Act, a 'certificate of completion system' was established at universities and similar institutions.
This initiative allows universities and others to promote more active social contribution by expanding the scope beyond degree programs for students to working adults, offering a cohesive study program (certificate of completion program) and enabling graduates to be issued a certificate of completion based on the law.
J. F. Oberlin University Graduate School carefully selects some master's programs and organizes a certificate of completion program tailored to the needs of working professionals. By taking the same courses as graduate students as subject students, credits for the courses taken will be recognized along with the issuance of a "Certificate of Completion" upon completion of this program. This credit can be applied for as an earned credit when entering J. F. Oberlin University Graduate School as a regular graduate student.

University Management Modernization Program
This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a professional with the expertise to respond immediately to the contemporary challenges of university management. Points to note when filing an application
• Application periods vary depending on the program. Please check the application guidelines for details.
For programs that span multiple semesters, tuition fees must be paid separately for each semester.
(Spring semester: selection fee and registration fee, tuition fee (for the spring semester), Fall semester: tuition fee (for the fall semester))
Regarding course fees
Selection fee: 10,000 yen
Registration fee: 30,000 yen
Tuition fee: 60,000 yen per credit (360,000 yen for 2 subjects totaling 6 credits)
Each program costs a total of 400,000 yen.
