Degree Program in Business Administration (Master's Program)
Diploma Policy
Our educational practices focus on mastering graduate-level liberal arts (including the acquisition of research methodologies in the humanities and social sciences, and the construction of a rich, high-level academic foundation) and developing advanced professional skills (professional readiness), while also considering the development of practical skills essential for success in the era of globalization.
The program includes units based on the acquisition of academic theories in management studies. By completing these units, students will acquire the knowledge and skills expected of professionals and cultivate higher-order thinking skills.
In accordance with the Graduate School's "Policy on Completion Certification and Degree Awarding," this degree program will award a Master of Business Administration degree to those who have fulfilled the prescribed period of enrollment and earned at least 34 credits, passed the examination of their master's thesis or research results report and the final examination, and have acquired sufficient specialized and interdisciplinary knowledge, accurate analytical ability, high judgment, and logical thinking skills to proactively manage a business in an increasingly diverse international society.
Furthermore, the following three items will be evaluated during the degree acquisition process.
• Work ready = the basic behaviors and attitudes expected in the workplace.
Job ready = Having acquired the specific training required at the initial stage of starting a job.
Career ready = Having acquired the essential knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to begin learning within one's career path.

Curriculum Policy
本大学院の「教育課程編成・実施の方針」に基づき、本学位プログラムでは、研究者としても自立しうる高度の専門性を有する経営のジェネラリストや、ビジネスの最前線をリードしていく力量を身につけた管理運営のスペシャリストを養成することをミッションとし、教育課程を編成している。
① Characteristics of the curriculum
本プログラムでは、「経営戦略」、「組織・人事」、「会計・ファインナンス」、「イノベーション」といった経営学の基盤的な理論と知識の修得を目的とするユニット群に加え、「サステナビリティ」、「エンターテインメント」、「アジアビジネス」といった個別のトピックを深耕するためのユニット群を用意している。これらの多様なユニットから、個別の履修者がそれぞれの目的に応じた科目を履修することにより、柔軟かつバランスの取れた学修が可能となる。さらに、現代の企業が抱える様々な新しい経営課題に対して、その把握と解決への要請に応える1 単位科目群を用意し、リスキリングを通じたキャリアップを支援する。② Educational methods and implementation system
「専攻演習」は、研究指導担当教員のもとで修士論文を完成させるための演習科目として置いている。学生がより主体的に研究に取り組めるよう、研究活動へのアドバイスを行います。また、専門分野に特化した問題解決能力と高度にして専門的な職業能力修得を目的としたケーススタディを中心とした指導も行っていく。③ Evaluation of learning outcomes and research results
The master's thesis is conducted through academic efforts such as researching previous studies, setting an original theme, and collecting relevant materials. The research results report emphasizes practical aspects, and the paper is written as a practical work paper centered on a case study related to the student's work. Both are reviewed by the examination committee after an interim presentation and a final examination, and evaluated in accordance with the "Policy for Completion Certification and Degree Awarding" of this degree program.Admissions Policy
本学位プログラムにおける学生受入れの方針は、次のとおりである。
複雑化する国際競争社会において、的確な企業経営の判断が下せる知識、スキル、発想、戦略的思考、変化への柔軟性、ナレッジ変換・コンセプト化、リスクテイク、これらを兼ね備えた学術研究者や高度専門職業人の養成等を目的としている。特に経営学研究コースでは、様々な業種・職種で能力を発揮できるジェネラリストや、経営を学術的な視点から知性的に考察できる研究者の養成に重きを置いている。 一方ＭＢＡコースでは エンターテインメント産業やアジアフィールドとしたビジネス、そして企業や組織において新たなビジネスモデルを創造できる高度専門職業人の養成に焦点を定めている。
