Professor Kobayakawa’s piano students to perform on December 12

The students of Professor Tokiko Kobayakawa’s seminar group, in the College of Performing and Visual Arts’ Music Program, will perform on Friday, December 12, in the second-floor music hall of Itokukan on Machida Campus. The concert, which starts at 18:30, will include solos from works by Mozart, Chopin, Debussy, Ravel, and Schumann. There will also be pieces by Mozart, Brahms, and Kapustin played by two performers on one piano as well as a piece by Milhaud played on two pianos. The students have also conducted research into the pieces to be played and prepared program notes for the audience. Please come and enjoy the fruits of the students’ year-long efforts.
