Four J. F. Oberlin University students, members of ASPIRE Japan, were invited to the first UNAI Collegian Research Paper Competition and Global Development Conference, hosted by UNAI Korea on August 23 in Seoul.

Twelve teams from various countries, including ASPIRE Japan, were selected from among thirty participating teams to make their presentations. Entitled “Education and MDGs (Millennium Development Goals),” ASPIRE Japan’s presentation explained the impact of MDGs in education and its assessment of the issues, using examples such as nation-level educational reform by NPOs.
