According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a level 3 travel warning over Hubei Province has been issued recommending travelers avoid all nonessential travel to the area.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan raised travel warning to level 3 over Hubei Province

Even the main city which is far from Hubei such as Shanghai and Beijing are receiving the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak, which can be told be the temporary closure of the theme parks in China. It is suggested to avoid crowds and traveling oversea which is not urgent or necessary. If students find themself unwell after coming back to Japan from overseas, please see a doctor and notify the health center of school as soon as possible.
