Dr. Emine Uzunali will give three lectures to the J. F. Oberlin University community at the times and dates below. Dr. Uzunali is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Finance, in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Akdeniz University, Turkey. The first lecture will be entitled “Public Budgeting Preparation Systems in Turkey,” the second will be “Public-Private Partnerships in Turkey,” and the third will be “Implementation of Public Budgeting and Public-Private Partnerships in Turkey.” All three lectures will be in Meimeikan; see the details below for room numbers.
