Songleading Club

In 1993, the first seniors launched 'CREAM,' and at its founding, activities started as a club. Later, their achievements were recognized, and they joined O. A. C. U. and began activities as a club activity.

Since 1996, we have welcomed coach Reiko Odagiri, and we have been learning not only technique and dance, but also the teamwork necessary for team performances and the connections with peers.
As a result, we won our first national championship in 2005 and achieved nine consecutive victories at the annual "USA Nationals" national tournament held every March. Additionally, from 2008, we received recommendations for world championships, achieved our long-awaited first world championship victory in 2012, and also won "CREAM'" in 2014.

Currently, in addition to domestic and international competitions, we actively participate in local festivals and Events, interact with international students on campus, and support baseball and soccer, making our song-reading known to many people.
In recent years, more dancers have gained experience, but regardless of experience, members who love dancing each have passionate feelings, never forget compassion and gratitude, and practice every day toward a single goal.
