Influenced by my older sister, who is four years older, I started cheerleading at age four. From what I heard back then, I was a child who imitated my sister's performances and danced as well. As I moved up in grades, practice became stricter, and I often found it tough. Even so, the coach always gave me sincere guidance, so I was able to work hard aiming to win the national tournament and become number one in the world. In high school, due to the impact of the coronavirus, opportunities for practice and competitions were limited. Even so, I think the reason I was able to persevere and persevere until the end was largely thanks to my classmates and advisor. I truly feel that I have been encouraged and supported by so many people until now.

Since elementary school, I have admired J. F. Oberlin University. I had opportunities to practice together with J. F. Oberlin University, and it was impressive how the seniors seemed to enjoy their performances. It was the students themselves who energized the practice. I thought it was wonderful to see each individual actively engaged in practice. What I felt when I actually joined the J. F. Oberlin University cheerleading club was that it was more student-led than I had imagined. While enjoying a sense of fulfillment every day, I am able to participate in activities as part of the team.

J. F. Oberlin University has no grade-level barriers, and when I joined, I couldn't even tell who was in which year. It's very flat, and even us, as underclassmen, actively incorporate our opinions. What surprised me when I joined was that each member had their own opinion. I felt that many members could express their intentions in meetings, saying, "This is what I want to do." Unfortunately, I hesitated and still can't express my opinions myself. I want to learn from the attitude of the seniors, gradually share my own experiences, and make efforts to apply them to the team.

J. F. Oberlin University The menu is mainly designed by the third-year executive students. They value the fundamentals that form the foundation of their techniques, paying close attention to each movement and practicing for the tournament. I think it's wonderful that the third-year students work together with the captain and vice-captain, and that members of the same grade cooperate with each other. In two years, I will also be in the executive year, so I want to learn a lot from the seniors.

I haven't decided on my future dream yet, but I'd like to work in a job that involves interacting with children, such as a kindergarten teacher, childcare worker, or early childhood physical education instructor. I want to use my cheerleading experience to convey the joy of sports and physical activity to children. To that end, I want to actively study various subjects at university, such as developmental psychology and growth and development studies.

Cheerleading is a sport that cannot function if even one person is missing. The process of creating a single routine together and the sense of accomplishment when it is completed at a competition are what make it so appealing. Through cheerleading, I have learned the importance of cooperating with my teammates. I want to achieve a good result at the JAPAN CUP as a way of giving back to everyone who has been involved in our club activities so far. I will do my best to bring smiles, energy, and courage to the audience who come to watch us.
