College of Health and Welfare Sophomore Aina Moriyama ranked fifth in the Tokyo Student League in hit rate after playing all four league matches (80 shots and 70 hits), earning her a spot on the East team's national team.

Last year's league results were among the top ten in Tokyo Gaku, but we didn't reach the East or West. This year, I didn't just end in the top ten; I wanted to go to the East and West and practiced every day.
I was able to achieve results every week without breaking 85%, surpassing last year's hits, and above all, earning the ticket to be an East-West player. However, my goal isn't to play in the East-West tournament; my ultimate goal is to deliver solid results in both the East and West teams. While thanking everyone who supports me, I will cherish the remaining practice time from here on and practice daily to make sure my hits are high.
Moriyama himself has expressed his enthusiasm.

The East-West match will be held on November 27 at the Ise Grand Shrine Kyudo Hall.
