Opening on Saturday, April 4
Venue 1: Hannō Civic Stadium
Second venue: Chuei Shinkin Stadium Hadano

◎ About the Operation Method
10 schools per game, round-robin winning percentage system (if tied after 9 innings, tiebreak starts from the 10th inning)

◎ About the Promotion/Relegation Playoff
・The competition will be held in a best-of-two format, with the 6th place team in Division 1 and the 1st place team in Division 2.
