◎ About the Opening Ceremony
September 7 (Sun) 8:45 AM~ Thirty-Four Sagamihara Stadium

◎ About the Operation Method
・Second Division League: 10 schools per match, round-robin winning percentage system (if tied after 9 innings, tiebreak starts from the 10th inning)

◎ About the Promotion/Relegation Playoff
・The competition will be held in a best-of-two format, with the 6th place team in Division 1 and the 1st place team in Division 2.

・Game 1: November 1 (Sat) Batting Palace Aishi Stadium Hiratsuka

・Game 2: November 2 (Sun) Batting Palace Aishi Stadium Hiratsuka
